| This printer requires a department ID to print to. After adding the printer, follow the instructions below to set the Department ID. |
- Open System Preferences, select Printing & Scanners, and click the lock in the lower left corner to make changes.
- Select the his-trotter217 printer.
- Click Options & Supplies and select the Utility tab.
- Click Open Printer Utility.
- Under Department ID Management, check the box next to Use Department ID Management.
- Type in your budget code under Department ID. Leave the PIN blank. Contact your department AA if you do not know this code.
- Click Save Settings and close your Printing & Scanners windows.
