To install the KeyServer client on your machine first download the file called "K2Clientksp-client-x64-80-latest.exe".
Double click on the "K2Clientksp-client-x64-80-latest.exe" file and accept all of the defaults.
When required to provide information about the KeyServer, choose "name" and in the bottom window type in "keyserver".
Click on "continue" to complete the installation and reboot your computer.

KeyServer Client for Macintosh Instructions
Double click the K2Client.dmg to uncompress.Double click the K2client.mpkg ksp-client-80-latest.pkg file, accept all of the defaults and restart. Enter ‘keyserver.its.swarthmore.edu’ as the server name if prompted.
The KeyAccess client installer creates a preference pane in your System Preferences.
You should make sure to click the "Logon" button to enable this service, after your reboot.

Mac Users - Important NoteIf you have manually set up personal Firewall software on your OS X computer, then you will need to explicitly enable two incoming ports before KeyAccess can connect with the KeyServer (and therefore before your keyed software will run). You will need to enable UDP port 19283 and UDP port 19315 for incoming access (from "source" the internet to "destination" your computer). |
