Camtasia is a screen-recording and video - editing software program.  It is useful if you want to record a screencast and have the ability to make edits and add effects.  for recording and editing screencasts.

Swarthmore has a limited number of licenses for Camtasia available upon request.

Download and install a free trial of Camtasia from the TechSmith website.  

If you'd like To obtain a permanent license, email  email support@swarthmore.edu to request a license code .
