Log in to Zoom at https://swarthmore.zoom.us. Go to your Settings tab. Under Meeting, scroll down to Other and select at the bottom of the page and find “Schedule Privilege”. Select “Add” next to "Assign Scheduling Privilege to"
Next you’ll be asked to type in the email address of the assigned scheduler(s)
The person who can schedule for you would do the following:
Go to the Zoom client (desktop application)
Logout and re-login again (one time only)
Click on schedule and select who to schedule for
