Running RStudio on Firebird

Running RStudio on Firebird

RStudio is the standard GUI IDE for working with the R language.

Usage

Because RStudio is a GUI application, it is strongly recommended to launch it from within a virtual desktop session. Once within a virtual desktop:

  • Right-click the desktop and select Applications->Development->RStudio

Alternatively, launch the terminal application and run:

rstudio

Note that expected error messages may appear within the terminal, but RStudio should launch.
