Troubleshooting Your Internet Connections

Choose eduroam or ethernet

Do you have an ethernet cable plugged in for a wired connection, but also have eduroam wireless connected to your device? This can cause some issues with your connection, so if you wish to use a wired connection, turn off wireless on your device. If you want to use a wireless connection, make sure the ethernet cable is not plugged into your device.

Remove and reconnect to eduroam

If eduroam isn't working properly you can try removing the eduroam profile from your device and then reconnect. Below are the directions for how to both remove the eduroam profile, and how to connect.
