Power Cycling A Printer
If your networked printer has stopped working or has an error, try power cycling it to clear the residual memory. First, check if the printer's ethernet cable is plugged into the wall jack, and securely plugged in at both ends. After that, power cycle the printer by following the directions below: If that doesn't fix the issue, or you're not able to clear the print queue, contact the Help Desk.
