About EndNote

EndNote is available in a web-based version called EndNote Basic. This makes accessing your information easier because it is available to any computer with a web connection. You can also share selected parts of your library with other EndNote users. 

Installation Instructions

To install ENDNOTE basic, visit the EndNote Web site and register for an basic account. Use your Swarthmore e-mail account. 

After you log in, you will also be able to download installer programs for the "Cite While You Write" Microsoft Word plugin and the FireFox browser extension. The link to these installers is at the bottom of the EndNote web site.
