Google Forms

You can use Google Forms to create online surveys and quizzes, which can be sent to other people. Check Google Support often for updates.

Step 1: Set up a new form or quiz

  1. Go to forms.google.com.

  2. Select “Blank form”.

  1. A new form will open.

Step 2: Edit and format your form

You can add, edit, or format text, images, or videos in a form. Click the links below to see how to perform each task.

Step 3: Share your form with others

When you are ready, you can send your form to others and collect their responses.
