Swarthmore-purchased computers
Swarthmore College is an authorized service provider for Apple and Dell hardware. If you have a Swarthmore-purchased computer and believe you are experiencing a hardware issue, please contact the Help Desk at support@swarthmore.edu or x4357. ITS will evaluate the computer to determine if it needs to be sent to Dell or Apple technicians. ITS does not perform hardware repairs in-house.
Personally-owned computers
For personally-owned computers, ITS will do its best to support software-related problems and to help troubleshoot problems. For students, ITS cannot directly assist with hardware repairs but can provide recommendations through your computer's existing manufacturer/warranty service.
